Device and Endpoint Management, Manager 1
Date: Jun 18, 2026
Location: Kuala Lumpur, MY, 50470
Company: International SOS
About the role
International SOS depends on a globally distributed workforce supported by reliable, secure, and high-performing devices. Our endpoint environment underpins critical operations — from frontline medical teams to global security response — operating 24x7 across diverse and often challenging environments.
As we scale, we are reimagining end-user computing — moving away from traditional, manual device management toward a modern, automated, and intelligent endpoint ecosystem, built on cloud-native tools, zero-touch provisioning, and data-driven operations.
The Manager – Device Management & Endpoint Services is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for owning and transforming the end-to-end endpoint landscape. This is not just about managing devices — it is about delivering a secure, seamless, and consistent digital experience across all users, while driving automation, lifecycle efficiency, and service excellence.
At International SOS, your work directly supports people operating in critical situations around the world. You will partner with global teams to ensure that every device is secure, compliant, and ready when it matters most, while building scalable platforms that reduce complexity and operational overhead.
We are looking for a leader who is forward-thinking, operationally strong, and outcome-driven — someone who can modernize endpoint services, optimize cost, and continuously improve the digital employee experience at scale.
