About the role

The primary purpose of the Junior Business Analyst, Sales, MS is to support the successful delivery of business solutions by gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional outcomes. This role plays a key part in maintaining documentation, managing change requests, and supporting testing efforts, all while contributing to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency

Key responsibilities

Requirement Gathering

Engage with stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Documentation

Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and other technical documentation to support development and implementation.

Change & Feature Request Management

Track and manage change requests and new feature requests, ensuring they are properly documented, prioritized, and communicated to relevant teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with developers, testers, and other team members to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical solutions.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support

Assist in planning and executing UAT activities, including test case preparation, issue tracking, and feedback collection.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and contribute to the development of more efficient workflows.

Reporting & Communication

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a business analysis, project coordination, or similar entry-level role (internships or academic projects are acceptable).

 

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of business analysis tools and techniques. Knowledge of Power BI is highly preferred, including the ability to interpret and work with dashboards and reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)..

 

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
  • Attention to detail in documenting and reviewing requirements.
