Aviation and Transportation Solutions Manager (ATSM)- Africa

What You'll Do:

• Drive Business Growth: Develop long-term partnerships, identify commercial opportunities, and deliver tailored aviation and transportation solutions.
• Manage Provider Networks: Build and maintain relationships with air ambulance, helicopter, fixed-wing operators, and maritime providers to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee 24/7 air ambulance and charter procurement for crisis situations, mass evacuations, and complex missions.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure safety audits, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement in aviation and maritime operations.
• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with Assistance Centres, medical/security teams, and international aviation partners

What We’re Looking For

• Strong aviation and commercial business acumen with hands-on experience in aircraft charter, leasing, and operational logistics.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, insurance, and credentialing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with exceptional problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aviation, transportation management, or related fields.
• Excellent English communication skills: French or Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel moderately across the region.
