Partnership Development
- Generate revenue by developing offers and partner network that will meet the requirements of our concierge services, clients and customers’ needs
- Sign agreements with the identified partners for benefits, including travel, transport, dining, retail merchants, that will enhance our service offerings
- Evaluate partners and offerings, and manage quality control and feedback process for all
- Establish where appropriate, specific partner agreed deliverables, promotions, discounts & special offer or preferential treatment.
- Obtain partner approved marketing collaterals, images and copy for Aspire Lifestyles marketing channels (incl. approved content format to serve digital & social media channels)
- Manage the on-going relationships with identified service partners. Possess a good understanding of terms and conditions that will go with partners’ benefits. Ensure corrective systems and procedures are established to reinforce utilization and to ensure ongoing quality.
- Work co-operatively with all Aspire Lifestyles’ markets globally to establish partnership agreements that leverage Aspire Lifestyles and our clients’ global presence.
- Ensure that identified partners and offers are recorded in a global knowledge database to enable recommendation of offers by concierges, including training concierge on offers
- Work closely with Service Delivery (Concierge Manager, QA & Trainer) to provide input and assist with the development and delivery of the necessary training to the Concierge Consultants on how best to recommend and fulfill the partners that have been selected.
Marketing
- Create and develop lifestyle content and guides
- Develop custom benefit, reward and experiential offerings for client programs utilizing relevant and valued partnership assets / offers.
- Consult with clients to propose marketing campaigns and promotions for clients to promote on channels of digital and offline marketing platforms
- Work closely with BD, Client Service etc to identify and utilize data and marketing assets to secure best possible benefit/offer set to clients. Manage creation and production of all program-marketing materials, ensuring increased utilization and loyalty
- Liaise with travel partners and train internal stakeholders on hotel and travel content/offers
- Understand clients' changing needs and identify client growth opportunities as they relate to loyalty (e.g., rewards, marketing promotions, benefits, experiences and sponsorships).
- Conceptualize and develop unique, branded or sponsored events that clients can promote to their customers to enhance their brand awareness that drive utilization of their products and services. Ensure that the associated project plan timeline is on track and deadlines are met.
Required Work Experience
- Min. 2-4 years of relevant partnership, sales &/or marketing experience in Loyalty & Rewards, Ad Agency, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Concierge (including digital e-commerce partners)
- Merchant acquisition, partnership experience and good network of partner relationships across dining, retail, travel and other affluent lifestyle categories (incl. digital dining or travel)
- Experiential and event management experience serving the affluent segment
Required Competencies
- Strong partner acquisition and relationship building skills, able to build rapport with partners
- Ability to understand the client’s marketing objectives and match benefits appropriately.
- Ability to create compelling client proposals and present to ideas to clients.
- Understands commercials of partners and clients and is able to translate this understanding into creating compelling value proposition for partners and clients
- Strong industry knowledge and trends of affluent lifestyle segment, in travel, dining, shopping, sports, culture, events and experiences.
- Good understanding of local trends, benefits & loyalty programs in the cards/luxury sector
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media, copywriting skills are a bonus.
- Be able to work independently and perform well with little supervision.
- Detailed oriented and works in a calm, logical and professional manner at all times.
- Proven ability to execute well and deliver results.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing / Business Management / Hospitality (or equivalent)
