Key responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize resources to meet project milestones within budget.
- Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Risk & Budget Management: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage budgets with accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards through rigorous quality control and performance metrics.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain thorough documentation and ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- 5–9 years of experience managing IT projects.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and large-scale IT transformations.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and cybersecurity initiatives.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced office setting with global collaboration.
- Occasional travel and flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
