The Role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
  • Validate and verify payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize Excel for validation and consolidation of reports.
  • Assist in maintaining payroll records and documentation.
  • Support the payroll team with various administrative tasks.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary payroll information.
  • Any ad doc duties assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc)
  • Word and Powerpoint an added advantage
  • No prior experience is required for this role.
