About the role
The HR Business Partner will support the corporate functions in a range of HR activities, including digital communication, driving professional development and learning, identification of high potential and talents, ensuring retention, development and appropriate career development of such individuals, and developing a recognition and reward program.
Key responsibilities
Business Support & HR Advisory
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and general HR inquiries.
- Support business leaders by providing people insights, headcount data, and workforce dashboards.
- Assist HR Director in preparing materials for business reviews and organisational planning activities.
Talent & Performance Management
- Coordinate performance management cycles, ensuring timely goal‑setting, check‑ins, and reviews.
- Support managers with guidance on coaching conversations and documentation.
- Track development plans and follow up with employees and managers.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices.
- Drive engagement activities and support culture‑building programs to enhance employee experience.
- Updating the respective intranet site with latest news, creating library of relevant articles and driving the learning community
- Publishing of monthly newsletters to all staff worldwide. Collection of articles, news stories, pictures of events and creating material for the newsletter
- Manage and contribute to the development of communication materials and distribution via a range of channels
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage HR processes efficiently (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and policy governance).
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and organisational policies.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Reward teams to ensure smooth execution of HR programs.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience (or equivalent).
- Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated agility and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
- Experience supporting regional or multi‑country HR scope will be advantageous

- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
