Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a driven and proactive Intern to support our Sales team, based in Geneva.

You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international business environment while supporting key sales activities and client engagement initiatives. Working closely with the Sales Director and Account Managers, you will contribute to the success of the sales team by assisting with meetings, client interactions, sales performance monitoring, and projects.

Key responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Director on:

  • Internal team meetings organisation: Prepare and consolidate material and training, take minutes and follow up on action items defined during the meetings
  • Organisation of client events (road shows, workshops, lunch & learn, education sessions): Venues booking, monitoring of invitations and management of the registrations, oversight of the logistics
  • Driving SFDC compliance: Monitor SFDC compliance KPIs (focus on pipeline accuracy and coaching card compliance); create and track reports related to customer activities such as usage, marketing engagement, leads, sales, pricing; ensure critical client contacts are mapped in cooperation with the Marketing team
  • Projects execution by providing project management and tracking sheets, project plans, weekly statuses on initiatives such as new services launch, global account planning, strategic accounts review, market research, etc.

 

Support the Account Owners on:

  • Organisation of client meetings and creation of presentations, in collaboration with the internal medical, operations and cross border teams
  • Preparation of pre-sales material and proposals
  • Coordination of the tender responses: Planning, elaboration of the answer, defense preparation
  • Uploading pre- and post-sales data and material in SFDC
  • Raising and monitoring SFDC support cases
  • Responding to (inbound) enquiries from clients
  • The renewal process, including quote creation, pricing, CLM document upload and approval workflow with Commercial Services
  • Making administrative updates to Salesforce
  • Proactive engagement with event participants (F2F, webinars) based on standardized questionnaire
  • Generating account plan drafts
