About the role
- Assist the Sales Director on Internal meetings, client engagement initiatives, sales activity monitoring as well as any special project.
- Support Account and Key Account Managers in client meetings preparation, production of sales material and CRM compliance.
Key responsibilities
Assist the Sales Director on:
- Internal team meetings organisation (prepare and consolidate material, training, taking minutes…)and follow up on Actions Item defined during the meetings.
- The organisation of client events (Road Shows, workshops, lunch & learn, education sessions,) : venues booking / monitoring of invitations sent by Account Owners and management of the registrations / oversight of the logistics.
- Driving SFDC compliance:
Monitoring SFDC compliance KPIs (focus on Pipeline Accuracy and Coaching Card compliance).
Create and track my reports related to customer activity (usage, marketing engagement, leads, sales, pricing)
Make sure the critical client contacts are mapped in cooperation with Marketing team. - Special projects execution by providing project management and tracking sheets/ project plans, weekly statuses on initiatives such as New Services launch, Global Account planning, Strategic Accounts review, Market research, …
Support the Account Owners (Account and Key Account Managers) on:
- The preparation of client meetings, in collaboration with the internal medical, operations and cross border teams (incl. preparation of presentations).
- The preparation of pre-sales material and proposals in collaboration with the internal medical, operations and cross border teams.
- The coordination of the tender responses: planning, elaboration of the answer, defense preparation.
- The upload of pre/post sales data / info and material in SFDC.
- Raising and monitor SFDC support cases if requested by the Account and Key Account Manager
- Responding to (inbound) enquiries from clients if requested by the Account and Key Account Manager.
- Support the renewal process, including quote creation, pricing, CLM document upload and approval workflow with Commercial Services when required.
- Make administrative updates to Salesforce as and when required.
- Proactive Engagement with event participants (F2F, webinars) if requested by the Account and Key Account Manager based on standardized questionnaire (quality)
- Generating Account Plan drafts for Account and Key Account Manager
About you
Required Hard Skills:
- Fluent English and French
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability in project management
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (incl.Power Point) and AI tools (ChatGPT, CoPilot,…)
