To support overall financial reporting and analysis, including monthly reporting, forecasts/outlooks, and budgeting for the full Profit & Loss (P&L) of business units.
Another aspect of the role will be a Subject Matter Expert in Cognos reporting system and assist MS Regions in Cognos support/troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities
The role will entail:
FP&A
Partner with Management, Sales, and Marketing to deliver P&L analysis across monthly actuals, forecasts, and budgets, including sales pipeline review
Execute monthly reporting and planning activities using One View, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
Lead month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting processes in line with established timelines and governance requirements
Review and validate accruals and intercompany recharges to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with finance policies
Prepare variance analysis and concise management commentary for reporting, including MBR deliverables
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to support business and management decision-making
Provide backup support within the team and undertake ad hoc assignments as required
Capex & Depreciation
Oversee Capex submissions, ensuring proper classification, completeness, and policy compliance
Review Construction in Progress (CIP) and capitalised software to ensure appropriate accounting treatment and timely capitalisation
Maintain Capex tracker and ensure timely submission to Group Working Capital
Deliver quarterly Capex spend analysis with variance insights versus budget
Analyse Depreciation and Amortisation movements (Actual vs Budget/PY), provide explanations, and follow up on required adjustments
Process Improvement and Tools
Develop and enhance forecasting and budgeting models/templates, focusing on standardization, simplification, and automation
Support finance initiatives such as system upgrades, process improvements, and financial projections

About you
Degree in Accountancy / Business related disciplines preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience with strong analytical background. Candidates with FP&A background are preferred.
Strong analytical, numerical, and data mining skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in financial/reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, Power BI, One View) is an advantage
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, required
