Are you an experienced security professional looking for your next opportunity? International SOS is seeking a Regional Security Partner – Middle East to join our team in Dubai .

The Regional Security Partner, Middle East will drive revenue growth and the effective coordination and delivery of security, crisis & resilience consulting, and managed services as well as Workforce Resilience solutions in the Middle East. The role provides direct support to International SOS’s distribution channel to drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth across relevant business lines in security consulting solutions.

Key performance indicators for this role include:

 

  • Be the Security subject matter expert and partner for the commercial team in Middle East. To work closely with the Business Development Managers/ Directors to identify New Business opportunities, nurture them and drive acquisition of new logos and to work closely with the Key Account Managers/Directors to increase client stickiness and identify security solutions related upsells and consulting opportunities.
  • Support BDMs and KAMs to retain and strengthen our current partnership with clients, including actively participating in the development of the account plans to drive account growth
  • Act as a subject matter expert on security for Workforce Resilience programs and consulting solutions; attend meetings with clients and prospects to scope solutions and drive client engagement.
  • Identify Security consulting, crisis & resilience consulting, and security managed service opportunities in collaboration with the Consulting Practices in Dubai and beyond.
  • Working with the Security Consulting Manager Middle East, ensure high quality delivery of consulting solutions in Middle East across a broad range of topics including risk assessment, crisis management, event security, escalation planning, site security assessment, travel security policy, etc, in line with client expectations.
  • Actively engage in appropriate social, professional, media and networking activities and events in Middle East which strengthen International SOS brand recognition in the security and risk management industry.
  • Working with the relevant Marketing teams, drive strong thought leadership activities helping to strengthen International SOS’ brand in the security and risk management industry

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive Business Development:

  • Support Business Development Managers and support Account Managers to retain and strengthen our current partnership with clients.
  • Act as a security partner in the Middle East to support the Account Management and Business Development teams to win significant new logos and to further strengthen current partnerships with key clients, to elevate workforce resilience programs and security consulting solutions to enhance their programs and to advance International SOS to trusted advisor status for key security clients in India.
  • Act as the subject matter expert during RFPs, to partner with the digital champion to support in digital solutions demos and to demonstrate International SOS security capabilities as part of an integrated solution with medical capabilities and digital enablers.
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of any security consulting delivery in the Middle East as per the Quality Management System and ISO.
  • Identify and on-board external consultants for specific missions and engagements. Manage external consultants during the delivery process, provide guidance and support for the India related Security programs.
  • Provide input to security consulting and managed service solution design and delivery in support of the Consulting & Solutions global agenda, bringing market input and experience to solution development and deployment.

Develop and Drive Consulting & Solutions results (Security)

  • Provide professional security expertise to drive consulting opportunities in Middle East, other regions and global/cross border engagements with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the regional Consulting Practice identifying and scoping opportunities and work on solution design, ensuring it meets the needs of the client
  • Collaborate with the regional Consulting Practice during the delivery phase to ensure the task meets the needs of the client and enhances their overall relationship with International SOS
  • When required and appropriate, in coordination with the Consulting Practice Security Solutions Lead (and in line with GM priorities), act as the consultant to deliver consulting services

Strategic planning:

  • As a key member of the Middle East team, to actively participate and contribute to the distribution strategy and business plans for the region.
  • To co-develop and co-own to go to market and expansion plans to drive new business and retention and growth of strategic accounts with the Middle East leadership team..

Security I&A & Security Assistance Support

  • Ensure that clients’ experience of the security service is effectively managed to the highest levels of customer satisfaction through close collaboration with the Security Centres
  • Deploy as part of an Incident Management Team globally as needed
  • Assist with the building and maintenance a network of high-quality security service providers in the region.
  • During escalations support the outreach to clients.

Required Work Experience

  • 3-5 years minimum experience in security: corporate, consulting, military, police, intelligence, NGO, disaster management or relevant field of academia
  • Crisis Management, Travel Risk Management, Security planning, BCP expertise
  • Client management experience
  • Business development related experience advantageous
  • Extensive international travel experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in security, politics, international relations, law enforcement, criminal science, disaster management or related field
