About the role
The Digital Marketing Executive MEA will be part of the Regional Marketing and Communications team for Middle East and Africa, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager MEA. The Executive provides support to the company’s marketing and communications efforts with a focus on marketing automation, content creation and branding, competitors analysis and reporting. The Executive will have a hands-on approach and will also work with agencies and suppliers in line with the team’s operational strategy and budget
Key responsibilities
Marketing Automation
- Create automated marketing workflows in line with defined marketing campaigns
- Manage databases, segments and processes in line with data privacy best practices and regulations
Digital Content Creation
- Use best practices to create high-quality content relevant to the audience
- Develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels (email, social media, display advertising, etc…) and website to drive campaign success
Competitor Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Prepare regular competitor analysis reports on competitor activities
Translation
- Simple translation of content from English to French and French to English for email campaigns
- Coordination of extensive and technical translations with external translators or using technological tools
Events Support
Support the planning and execution of events across MEA. These include:
- Trade events and conferences (in-person and virtual)
- Webinars
