Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role within the Medical Services Business Line, contributing directly to the strategic marketing goals under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager, International Markets. This role demands a proactive individual who is adept at coordinating and executing multifaceted digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement in international markets.

Key duties encompass spearheading marketing automation campaigns to streamline communication and engagement efforts, crafting compelling content that resonates across diverse digital platforms, and managing the digital footprint of Medical Services through content management system oversight.

The Executive will rigorously monitor campaign effectiveness using advanced analytics tools, deriving actionable insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact. They will also provide comprehensive competitor analysis, delivering nuanced reporting that informs strategic decisions and identifies emerging market trends.

Collaboration is essential as the Executive engages cross-functionally with internal departments and external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and operational budgets. Administrative responsibilities include managing campaign logistics and maintaining accurate documentation related to digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Automation

  • Design, develop, and implement automated marketing workflows that effectively nurture leads and support campaign goals.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse campaign data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for performance enhancement.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing manager to refine automation processes, ensuring campaigns deliver optimal efficiency and measurable results.

CMS and Website Management

  • Oversee the creation, updating, and optimisation of website content via CMS platforms, maintaining high standards of accuracy and SEO best practices.
  • Implement targeted content strategies to improve organic search rankings and regional engagement based on GEO-targeted insights.
  • Collaborate with content creators and design teams to ensure marketing materials are visually appealing and aligned with campaign messaging.

Digital Analytics & Performance

  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 and other analytics tools to monitor user behaviour and campaign outcomes across multiple digital channels including email, websites, and social media.
  • Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and comprehensive reports that translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new approaches to enhance user engagement and improve lead conversion rates.

Digital Marketing Operations & Support

  • Coordinate the end-to-end process of digital campaign production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies, supporting smooth project execution and consistent communication.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as campaign documentation, asset management, and compliance with company policies.

Competitor Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct ongoing research and analysis of competitors’ digital strategies to inform innovative marketing tactics and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing competitor activities, digital channel performance, and market positioning to guide strategic planning.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Proven proficiency with leading marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, HubSpot, and Marketo, enabling efficient campaign management and lead nurturing.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills with a demonstrated ability to develop engaging content tailored to diverse digital channels and audience segments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, GEO-targeted strategies, and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience managing content using CMS platforms like Sitecore, Drupal, and HubSpot complemented by a strategic approach to SEO optimisation.
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics (GA4) for insightful tracking, reporting, and analysis of campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Strong analytical mind with the ability to interpret data, generate meaningful performance reports, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Capacity to efficiently juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) to support daily operational and reporting tasks.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Acrobat Professional, InDesign, and Photoshop is advantageous for content creation and visual marketing support.
  • Experience with CRM systems including Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce (SFDC) is an asset, enhancing customer relationship management capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or any other related field
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, marketing automation, or analytics (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics) are an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French is an explicit requirement of the role;
  • Good command of Arabic or Portuguese is a distinct advantage
  • 2 - 5 years past experience in marketing and communications - ideally within a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with creation of content for digital channels for B2B services industry
