Overall Purpose Of The Job
This position will assist Head Finance of Aspire Concierge and Lifestyle Gurgaon office for the smooth functioning of the entire financial operations and transactions pertaining to TLS program. Such responsibilities to include -
- Strategic Finance Leadership

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance Leadership
- Lead the finance function supporting travel, concierge, and lifestyle service programs, ensuring financial performance aligns with organizational objectives and client program requirements.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership, supporting decision-making on supplier partnerships, pricing models, and client program profitability.
- Oversee financial governance across travel and leisure service operations, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards, contractual obligations, and internal control frameworks.
Finance Operations & Travel Industry Accounting
- Direct end-to-end finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll oversight, and cash flow management related to travel bookings, concierge services, and lifestyle program fulfilment.
- Manage Merchant of Record (MOR) and Non-MOR transaction accounting, ensuring proper revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial reporting aligned with client and supplier contracts.
- Oversee airline settlement processes including BSP/ARC reconciliation, ensuring accurate tracking of ticket sales, refunds, supplier invoices, and booking system records.
- Supervise supplier settlement processes with airlines, hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), transport providers, and lifestyle partners.
- Ensure accurate tracking and accounting of supplier commissions, incentives, mark-ups, rebates, and service fees arising from travel and concierge transactions.
Financial Planning & Performance Management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for travel and lifestyle service programs, incorporating seasonal travel demand and client engagement trends.
- Monitor program profitability, revenue streams, and operational cost drivers, identifying opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimisation.
- Develop financial dashboards and management reports highlighting KPIs such as booking volumes, supplier costs, program profitability, and service delivery expenses.
Stakeholder & Client Program Management
- Partner with operations, supplier management, and client relationship teams to provide financial oversight across travel fulfilment and concierge service delivery.
- Support commercial teams in supplier negotiations and pricing discussions, ensuring financially sustainable agreements.
- Act as a key finance liaison with regional and global leadership, ensuring alignment between financial performance and operational strategy.
Team Leadership & Process Transformation
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, driving professional development and strong financial governance.
- Champion automation and digital transformation initiatives across finance processes such as reconciliation, supplier settlements, and reporting.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance frameworks to mitigate operational and financial risks within travel and concierge service operations.

Required Work Experience
- Multinational company experience in a fast-paced environment preferable
- Around 10-15 years’ working experience gained in Finance or business analysis experience.
- Experience in service, healthcare or assistance industry is a plus
Required Qualifications
- University degree in finance, economics, or business administration
- MBA- Finance/ CA Intermediate / CWA Intermediate/ CA Finalist (Not appearing for CA Exams)

- Fluent in both written and oral English
