Your Mission

You will play a key role in designing and operating a modern, unified data platform that transforms raw data into trusted, high-value data products.

 

What You’ll Do

🔹 Data Platform & Pipeline Engineering

  • Build robust batch & real-time data pipelines from diverse sources
  • Develop and maintain cloud-native data lake & warehouse solutions
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency

🔹 Data Quality, Governance & Reliability

  • Implement data quality checks, observability & SLA monitoring
  • Support data governance, metadata, lineage & access control frameworks
  • Embed security, privacy & compliance by design

🔹 Enable Analytics, ML & APIs

  • Optimize datasets for analytics, machine learning & API consumption
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists & ML Engineers
  • Drive self-service data capabilities across teams

🔹 Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Enhance scalability, performance & reliability
  • Introduce modern tools & best practices
  • Contribute to our long-term data platform & AI roadmap

 

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Platforms
Strong skills in Python, SQL, Spark & Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Hands-on experience managing production-scale data platforms
Solid understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and governance

Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Engineering (or related)
A Master’s in Big Data / AI is a plus
Certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP) are a bonus
