Data Analyst

Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Respond to data/reporting requests, analyze complex datasets, provide actionable insights, and ensure project delivery within scope and quality standards.
  • Governance & Data Processing: Manage data governance and processing, ensuring data security, quality, and integrity.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors, align analytics and reporting needs with leadership.
  • Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance on data and analytics tools, share best practices and methodologies.
  • Additional Support: Support other health services pillars as needed.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modelling, and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau-prioritized, Power BI, Qlik, Business Objects).
  • Knowledge of SQL, machine learning concepts, and familiarity with R or Python.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Data Storytelling & Presentation: Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories tailored for layman and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring insights are accessible, engaging, and actionable
  • Minimum 3 years’ corporate experience, preferably in data or project management.
  • Experience in project and vendor management.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, with a passion for Wellness and Benefits, and able to influence and inspire.
