Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Critical Health Solutions: Responsible for the day to day delivery of professional, effective and timely patient advocacy services to eligible employees and their immediate family members with the ultimate objective of ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. The CHS Nurse assists the CHS Physician with the management of CHS cases, by identifying top rated medical providers (doctors, hospitals, etc…), providing medical advice, guidance and recommendations, expediting the resolution of issues and challenges while seeking medical care, navigating the healthcare system, coordinating care between different providers.

Critical Health Solutions (CHS) – 50%
Service Delivery
- Triage cases (eligibility, complexity, urgency) and prioritise CHS cases.
- Schedule patient calls and manage ongoing patient queries.
- Provide patient advocacy and explain medical conditions.
- Identify top healthcare providers and suggest new specialists for network inclusion.
- Arrange medical reviews, appointments, hospital transfers, and discharge planning.
- Support CHS physicians with admin tasks and patient intake (consents, documentation).
- Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and CHS databases.
- Handle calls, messages, and support awareness initiatives and research.
Medical Liaison & Reporting
- Gather medical data and produce clear reports.
- Communicate patient progress and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Liaise with medical professionals to expedite case management.
- Ensure clear communication with patients, families, and providers.
- Maintain high documentation standards and promote International SOS.
Resiliency Services (RS) – 50%
- Manage new case intake and schedule RS appointments.
- Coordinate referrals to RS resources and other health services.
- Prepare case logs for monthly reviews and best practice sharing.
- Support mental health initiatives and promotions.
- Provide cross-coverage for RS nurse (Hong Kong).
Other Duties
- Promote International SOS and uphold company values.
- Attend training/meetings; offer flexible and on-call support if required.
- Maintain Continuing Professional Education (CPE).
