Overall Purpose of The Job
Leads the creation and delivery of high-quality content and communications for Medical Services across external and internal audiences. Combines content marketing, social media and internal communications to drive brand awareness, sales lead generation, employee engagement and change communication. Responsible for the effective use of digital channels including Eloqua, ContactMonkey, SharePoint, Viva Engage and external social media platforms to reach target audiences with consistent, engaging and measurable messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- External Content Creation: Produce high-quality long- and short-form content for external audiences (including clients and prospects) including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership articles, email campaigns and webinar presentations aligned with Medical Services propositions
- Web Content: Ensure all web content is aligned with campaign objectives, SEO and GEO strategy, and supports effective lead capture and engagement
- Social Media & Digital Presence: Plan, create and manage external social media content (primarily LinkedIn) and Viva Engage; grow audience reach, engagement and thought leadership positioning
- Digital Channels Management: Operate and optimise email marketing platforms (Eloqua and ContactMonkey)
- Editorial Planning & Standards: Manage an integrated editorial calendar spanning external and internal content; maintain templates, style guides and adherence to International SOS brand guidelines
- Subject Matter Expertise Enablement: Engage and support Medical subject matter experts to translate technical and clinical expertise into accessible, compelling and audience-relevant content for internal and external communications
Job Profile
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling capability across long- and short-form content
- Proven content marketing experience (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, email campaigns)
- Social media content creation and community management (LinkedIn essential; Viva Engage or similar an advantage)
- Experience with CMS platforms and SEO/GEO optimisation techniques
- Internal communications and change communication experience
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and email platforms, SharePoint intranets and Viva Engage
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation and content-to-lead conversion; data-driven mindset with content and campaign analytics
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 - 7 years past experience in content marketing, corporate communications or integrated marketing communications, with proven delivery to both B2B external audiences and internal employee audiences
- Hands-on experience operating digital marketing and internal communication channels (email automation, SharePoint, Viva Engage, social media)
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience working in international and multicultural environments
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good command of French, Arabic or Portuguese is a distinct advantage
