As a Client Relationship Lead with International SOS, you will play a key role in delivering the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP). A global healthcare contract serving U.S. military personnel and their families stationed across Eurasia and Africa.

You will be the principal Client Manager and main point of contact for senior military stakeholders, healthcare providers, and our internal operations teams ensuring high-quality, seamless healthcare delivery across borders and time zones.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and nurture key relationships with military medical facilities (MTFs), providers, and host nation partners

  • Lead the delivery of KPIs across healthcare access, claims, beneficiary services, and provider performance

  • Represent the voice of the client and ensure continuous improvement across service delivery

  • Coordinate across regional operations, medical quality, and network teams to solve challenges and deliver results

  • Support and mentor on-the-ground teams including Beneficiary Service Representatives (BSRs)

  • Travel extensively across your region, building strong partnerships on the ground

About you

  • 5–10 years in account/client management, ideally within healthcare, government contracts, or global operations

  • Be within 1 hour commute of Naples or Catania Cities

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to lead through complexity

  • Bachelor's degree (required); multilingual fluency a strong advantage

  • Experience with military or government clients is highly desirable

  • Speak Fluent English and Italian
