We are seeking a Chief of Staff to support senior medical leadership within Group Medical Assistance, with responsibility across Asia, ANZ, EMEA (excluding the Americas).

This is a high-impact role focused on strengthening how our medical teams (doctors and nurses) operate, collaborate and develop across our Assistance Centres. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring strong governance, coordination of priorities, and delivery of strategic initiatives that improve performance, engagement, and operational consistency.

A key focus will be enabling cross-centre collaboration, including leveraging the Mexico City Assistance Centre as a collaborative hub to create “follow-the-sun” support opportunities for other Assistance Centres.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership potential, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in people-focused project delivery, organisational coordination, or operational transformation in an international environment.

  • Practical innovation and continuous improvement that enhances clinical outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • 3–7 years’ experience in consulting, operations, chief-of-staff, program/project delivery or workforce development roles.
  • Experience working with professional or clinical communities preferred.
  • Exposure to HR, organisational development or talent initiatives is an advantage.
  • Experience in international, matrixed organisations preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Highly organised and structured with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting.
  • Strong judgement and discretion, particularly on sensitive people-related topics.
  • International Travel principally to Assistance Centre locations as required.
