Want to step away from high-pressure hospital shifts and regain your work-life balance—no nights, no burnout, and real international career growth?
Join International SOS as a Case Management Advisor and be part of a global healthcare network supporting TRICARE patients across Europe.
You will play a key role in our Near Patient Program—connecting patients and providers using your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality care every step of the way.
Based in Constanța, this hybrid role offers the best of both worlds: around 50% on-site across local hospitals and 50% working from home.
Key responsibilities
You will support TRICARE patients receiving care across Romania, focusing on case management, coordination, and advocacy rather than hands-on treatment.
- Manage inpatient cases, producing clear, compliant reports throughout the patient journey
- Liaise with doctors and providers to gather clinical updates and ensure coordinated care
- Flag and escalate any concerns around quality or safety of care
- Support patients on-site with communication, guidance, and reassurance
- Ensure medical records are accurate, complete, and aligned with case details
- Build strong relationships with local providers to improve patient experience
- Collaborate with internal teams on quality, provider standards, and case updates
- Contribute to service improvement, incident reporting, and overall care quality

Registered and eligible to practice in Romania.

A supportive and inclusive culture that values your wellbeing and professional growth.
