Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager, Operations Excellence & Support is tasked with driving business process improvements and coordinating key projects to enhance the operational efficiency and commercial performance across Medical Services (MSBL).
The role focuses on eliminating siloes and ensuring that processes, systems, and data across both functions are integrated, streamlined, and optimized to improve performance and scalability.
The BPI Project Manager will lead and support projects aimed at reducing inefficiencies, improving billing processes, enhancing resource management, and driving automation. In a context of empowerment of MSBL regions, the Project Manager, OE&S will provide support to regions on projects aimed at implementing MSBL processes that effectively address regional nuances and specific needs.
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all operational processes are well-coordinated, actively contributing to build adaptability and agility across all MSBL levels and functions
Description:
- Act as the primary catalyst for process redesign, working with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, enhance efficiency, and ensure scalability across operations and commercial functions.
- Regularly review project outcomes and processes to identify areas for ongoing improvement and optimize workflows based on feedback and performance data
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to the DOE and other senior leaders on project progress.
- Focus on streamlining end-to-end processes, from client onboarding to contract management, billing, and invoicing, identifying opportunities to reduce manual tasks, minimize inefficiencies, and improve overall operational performance
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven reporting mechanisms, enabling real-time monitoring and decision-making across key operational functions.
- Lead and coordinate key projects within the Operations function, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of Business Process Improvement and the organization’s operational excellence strategy.
- Facilitate coordination between Commercial and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes, leveraging insights from both areas to drive greater synergy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., Regional and HQ Operations, Commercial Excellence, Technology, and Medical teams) to ensure smooth execution and communication across projects.

- MS office (Excel is a must), MS Projects or equivalent Project Management application (e.g. Monday.com)
- Mastering any Process Flow Chart tools is a must (Visio, Draw.io, Miro or any other web-based app)
- Microsoft BI Analytics for KPI definition & monitoring (ability to define and navigate on BI dashboards)
- Prompting and fluid utilization of Artificial Intelligence tools (IA-driven chats and diverse IA agents) and critical thinking capability of bridging your own IA knowledge and utilization with an internal MSBL needs to create a relevant digital solution powered by IA
- Microsoft Power Apps Platform : understanding and ability to leverage this platform is a big plus
