Purpose of the Job
- The Director, Global Programs – North America is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the execution and success of complex, multi-market client programs across the region. This role ensures exceptional client service delivery, drives operational excellence, and serves as a key liaison between global teams, North American stakeholders, and clients.
- The Director will work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and brings deep experience in program management, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- The Director will support the National Accounts book, to identify and grow client services
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership & Execution
- Lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of large-scale client programs across North America.
- Ensure alignment with global strategies, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic clients, addressing service concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Work with the National Accounts team to solve complex client needs and drive growth into these mid market accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, anticipating needs and delivering proactive solutions.
- Facilitate regular program reviews, reporting, and feedback loops.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with global teams, regional leads, and internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, legal) to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Champion best practices and continuous improvement across teams
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in program management, client services, operations or consulting, preferably in a global or enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs across regions.
- Client engagement experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred
