About the role

The Client Delivery Specialist is responsible for coordinating client and site-level operational activities and supporting project implementation across Offshore operations. This role ensures the execution of standardized workflows, supports client communications, and assists in the delivery of services in alignment with contractual obligations and internal procedures. This role also supports cross-business functions, including logistics coordination, site readiness, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing strategies to create an appropriate supply chain service which is efficient, recognized and profitable with clients. The Client Delivery Specialist closely cooperates with the Regional Team and MedSpace in the execution and implementation of the delivery of supply chain service to client, ensuring that clients’ service expectations and quality levels are met.

 

This is a full-time Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 4:30 pm) opportunity. Mondays to Thursdays are in office; Fridays are remote/work from home days.

 

 

Key responsibilities

Client Relations

•    Serve as the primary liaison for assigned CM clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication and coordination of operational tasks.
•    Support the translation of client requirements into operational actions and ensure alignment with internal systems and procedures.
•    Assist with on-boarding new clients and team members regionally and globally as needed.
•    Establish collaborative and productive working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
•    Support project execution and coordination tasks as assigned by the Manager or Senior leadership.
•    Attend and support external client meetings as required.
•    Ensure the fulfilment of client specific SLA’s, for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the most cost effective and efficient means possible for the tracking of Client KPI’s.
•    Ensure high standard of customer satisfaction by taking a hands-on, personal, and direct approach.
•    Work with the Client to ensure their needs and perceptions are clearly defined and that International SOS is delivering the expected and agreed level of service including reporting.

 

Supply Chain 

•    Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain service delivery through well improved coordination and communication within the team. 
•    Drive Initiatives with MedSpace that contributes to long-term operational Excellence.
•    Develop and Implement Procedures for end-to-end processes including Submitting clients Estimates, Client Purchase Orders, Vendor Purchase orders, Client invoicing and Supplier Payments.
•    Serve as primary Liaison to supply chain service community addressing Quality Compliance issues.
•    Optimize the utilization of the appropriate internal and external systems.  

 

Program/Project Management

•    Raise issues, drive solutions, and obtain consensus in refinement of release objectives.
•    Manage multiple programs with intra-project dependencies. 
•    Maintain monthly status updates/metrics and present monthly program reports.

 

Business Development

•    Work closely with the Sales team and Medical Directors to support the business development agenda for the Commercial Maritime product lines. 
•    Contribute to the development of new products and adaptation of existing one to the market demand and evolution.

•    Any other tasks or responsibilities that may be requested by the Manager or Senior leadership.

About you

Required Work Experience 
•    Experience in an operational support or coordination role in the health, logistics, or maritime industry.
•    Geographical awareness and cultural sensitivity.
•    Experience working in large multinational matrixed management environment strongly desired.
•    Worked in an operational environment driven by quality standards, policies and procedures.
•    Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support service deliver.
•    Demonstrate ability work effectively in a team environment.
•    Experience working in a fast paced, multi-national organization.

 

Required Qualifications 
•    Bachelor’s Degree level education or equivalent experience.
•    3-5 years of experience in operations or project coordination roles.


Required Languages 
•    Excellent verbal and written English.
•    Second language preferred.
