About the role
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable with labour laws, managing employee contracts, payroll, implementing policies and procedures, employee relations and onboarding new recruits. This candidate should demonstrate past experience in multinational company.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Regional HRD in executing HR strategic plans and fostering an environment to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain employee policies aligned with best practices and local legislation.
- Deploy a performance management process ensuring clear objectives, accurate reviews, and development plans.
- Work with Talent & Development Manager on succession planning and career development.
- Maintain positive employee relations and guide management on staff issues.
- Ensure delivery of core HR services to support business operations.
- Deploy and adhere to effective occupational health policies.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regular reporting.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in HRM or relevant related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience in generalist HR role
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient fluency in both English and Arabic is required
- International exposure and experience of working and living overseas would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
