We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Country Manager to lead and grow our operations in Madagascar. This is a strategic leadership role at the heart of delivering high-quality medical and operational services to key clients in a fast-paced, international environment.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As Country Manager, you will:
- Lead and oversee all operations across Madagascar, ensuring excellence in service delivery
- Manage key client relationships and act as the primary interface with stakeholders
- Drive operational performance, quality, and continuous improvement across multiple sites
- Support business growth, tenders, and new project mobilizations
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and International SOS policies
- Collaborate with regional teams across Africa to align strategy and execution
- Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse, high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in operations / site / supply chain management (5+ years)
- Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work in complex, multicultural environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business and operational acumen
- Experience in Africa, energy, mining, or infrastructure sectors is a plus
- English required, French is a strong advantage
