Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Health Center Manager to oversee our occupational health services. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with strong managerial skills and experience. This role involves coordinating clinical and administrative operations, ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with health regulations.

This is a full-time in-person role based out of our Anchorage location. Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to travel quarterly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in occupational health services.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and occupational health standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Management and Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the occupational health team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Clinical Oversight: Oversee clinical operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality occupational health services. Collaborate with healthcare providers to maintain best practices and standards.
• Administrative Duties: Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Travel: Travel quarterly to different locations as required to oversee operations and ensure consistent quality of services.
