Staffed by a network of medical, security, aviation, and logistics specialists, we prepare customers before departure, assist them while abroad, and provide assistance whenever they have a question or concern.

Key responsibilities

  • Work 5 shifts per fortnight on a 7-day rotating roster between 7am-10pm (12hr shift)
  • Telehealth and case management within an international organisation
  • Extensive structured training and induction provided

 

As a part of our nursing-led team, this Office Based role in Sydney will provide medical support to an international client base. Key duties:

  • Delivering front line telephonic triage for a global client base
  • Providing medical advice, assessment, support and recommendations by speaking directly to patients and clients in international settings
  • Liaising with international medical professionals to obtain medical assessments for patients who are hospitalised or being treated overseas.
  • Assessing standards of care and providing guidance on travel following illness or injury
  • Arranging medical evacuations and repatriations

 

 

About you

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital nursing as a registered nurse.
  • Australian Nursing Registration without any conditions is a must-have requirement.
  • Experience in either Emergency, Critical Care, RN Paramedic is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work on-site from our Sydney Office
  • Must hold full working rights in Australia
