Overall purpose of the role

Are you detail-oriented, numbers-savvy, and ready to take your payroll expertise to the next level? International SOS Government Services US is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Trevose, PA!

 

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth and accurate payroll operations for a global leader in health and security services. With a hybrid work schedule (mandatory 3 days in the office), you’ll have the flexibility to thrive while being an essential part of our dynamic team.

What you'll do:

  • Own the Payroll Process: Handle payroll transactions with precision, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with HR, IT, and site liaisons to resolve timesheet issues and ensure compliance.
  • Analyze & Audit: Reconcile payroll deposits, tax withholdings, and deductions while auditing records to maintain accuracy.
  • Optimize Systems: Support payroll processing improvements and special projects.

What you bring:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in payroll processing, with ADP experience preferred.
  • This position does require someone who can obtain and maintain the appropriate level of tiered investigation access for a position of Trust after being offered a position. International SOS will facilitate.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong data analysis, and top-notch customer relations. Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central is a plus!
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
