Overall Purpose of the Role

At International SOS Government Services, we’re committed to providing world-class support to the TRICARE Overseas Program, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to deliver exceptional service. We’re seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the design and implementation of impactful training initiatives that enhance the performance and expertise of our global teams.

 

What You’ll Do:
As the Learning & Development Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the learning journey for the TRICARE Overseas Program by:

  • Designing and delivering innovative training curriculums tailored to meet global operational needs.
  • Ensuring training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with TRICARE requirements.
  • Leading the development and rollout of global training programs for new and existing staff.
  • Assessing training needs and creating strategies to address future learning requirements.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness using various assessment methods and improving programs based on feedback.
  • Overseeing the development of e-learning courses, workshops, and other training formats.
  • Maintaining regular communication through newsletters and updates to ensure all staff are informed of training opportunities.
  • Managing training records and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and developing training programs based on these processes.
  • Delivering external training such as TRICARE Fundamentals Courses, MTF Webinars, and client-facing sessions.

What you bring:

We’re looking for a talented professional with:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the TRICARE Overseas Program (preferred) and extensive experience in training and development roles.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in curriculum design, training delivery, and evaluation methodologies; proficiency in e-learning tools and Microsoft programs; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage training programs and teams, motivate others, and drive performance improvements.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a training certification are required.
  • Clearance: This position does require someone who can obtain and maintain the appropriate level of tiered investigation access for a position of Trust after being offered a position. (International SOS will facilitate)
  • Languages: Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel globally up to 20%.
