Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare clinic. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality patient care standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic healthcare professional to lead a team and contribute to the success of our clinic.
Key responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including medical assistants, administrative staff, and support personnel. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure staff performance meets expectations.
- Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to maximize productivity and ensure smooth clinic operations. Monitor workflow metrics and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care activities, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards of patient care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to clinic policies and procedures. Implement quality improvement initiatives as needed to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including billing, coding, and revenue cycle management. Monitor clinic budget and expenses, identify opportunities for cost savings, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize inventory management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in healthcare administration or clinic management, with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of clinic operations, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care and customer service.
- Certification in healthcare management or clinic administration preferred
