About the role
This consultancy/contractor role is project-driven and focuses on providing tailored solutions to our diverse client base with a focus on understanding, preventing and addressing psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and manage workplace psychosocial hazards including consultation, focus groups, and data analysis to skilfully draw out qualitative insight to validate and enrich survey findings and determine root causes, allowing for the development of tailored solutions.
- Provide expert advice to clients on organisational psychology topics, including evidence informed approaches to workplace mental health and psychosocial culture.
- Design and facilitate training programs and workshops for employees, leaders, and executives, building capability to monitor, manage, and improve workplace mental health and psychosocial hazard management, and fostering mentally healthy workplaces.
- Prepare clear, evidence-based written reports that translate findings into prioritised, actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders, including executive and board-level audiences.
About you
- Full working rights in Australia, based in Sydney or Melbourne
- General registration with the Psychology Board of Australia/ AHPRA.
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience as an organisational psychologist or equivalent
- Proven experience using evidence-informed approach to managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
- Effective written communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically, including to remote or site-based locations if required
