Staffed by a network of medical, security, aviation, and logistics specialists, we prepare customers before departure, assist them while abroad, and provide assistance whenever they have a question or concern.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse within our assistance services, you’ll be at the centre of complex, real-time case management, delivering telephonic clinical support, monitoring patient care overseas, and coordinating medical evacuations across the globe.

 

You’ll combine clinical expertise with fast decision-making to:

  • Deliver professional telephone triage and medical advice to a global client base
  • Liaise with international medical professionals to obtain medical assessments for patients who are hospitalised or being treated overseas.
  • Make critical decisions around medical evacuations and repatriations
  • Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams (medical, aviation, operations)
  • Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in a dynamic 24/7 environment

 

The role operates within a rotating roster on a 12 hour shift pattern between 7am to 10pm (no night shifts) within our Sydney Office setting. 

About you

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital nursing as a registered nurse.
  • Australian Nursing Registration without any conditions is a mandatory requirement.
  • Experience in either Emergency, Critical Care, RN Paramedic is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work on-site from our Sydney Office
  • Must hold full working rights in Australia
