About the role
This hybrid-work role is project-driven and focuses on psycho-social hazard assessment, risk mitigation and evidence-based review of the wellness agenda.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver psychological support programs and risk mitigation strategies in the area of workplace psychosocial hazards
- Provide expert advice to clients on organisational psychology topics
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees, managers, and team leaders to monitor, manage and improve the mental health of employees in the workplace
- Support the development and implementation of guidance documents for employer wellness programs
- Co-operate with management in its fulfilment its regulatory obligations to WH&S (psychosocial) legislation
About you
- Minimum of 4 years post registration experience as an organisational psychologist or equivalent
- Proven experience with development and delivery of psychological support programs related to workplace psychological hazards and/or travel related risk assessment
- General registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to travel domestically
- Based in Sydney
