Staffed by a network of medical, security, aviation, and logistics specialists, we prepare customers before departure, assist them while abroad, and provide assistance whenever they have a question or concern.

  • Work up to 7 shifts/fortnight on a 7-day rotating roster between 7am-10pm

Deliver comprehensive telephonic clinical advice to our global clients, including coordination of medical evacuations, all from an office-based setting

The Role

  • Provide telephone medical consultations to patients
  • Provide clinical leadership and medical support during medical evacuations, retrievals and transport of patients
  • Obtain medical reports to monitor appropriateness of the medical treatment and to assess any pre-existing issues
  • Assisting our remote area clinics working with numerous and varied clients
  • Liaise with medical departments of various commercial airlines for passenger clearance. Complete medical information forms with accuracy and within required timeframes

Requirements

  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Unconditional AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner
  • Proven experience working within emergency and/or primary healthcare settings
  • Competent computer skills
  • Able to work on a 7-day rotating roster
  • Excellent written and oral English language
