  • Work 5 days a week in the office. Monday to Friday office hours

Provide end-to-end onboarding and off boarding, contract support across the Australia and New Zealand business. 

About the role

In this role, you will provide HR and Payroll administrative and system support, including employee records maintenance, Payroll and HR System upkeep maintenance and other end to end HR and Payroll process. Key duties:

  • Generate contracts and administration requests
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all employee data for both the HRIS and payroll systems
  • Maintain the learning and development database so that all information is current and accurate
  • Meet and greet Visitors/Clients to the International SOS reception
  • Answer & direct incoming calls on the switchboard to the correct people in the business
  • Provide administrative support to the wider HR team as required 

About you

  • + 2 years previous Payroll and HR Administration experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Previous demonstrated experience with computerised payroll systems and knowledge of rostering and timekeeping systems
  • Knowledge of Fair Work Act and Award framework
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, Chris 21 is very desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
