About the Role

We are seeking for a Full time Registered Nurse with 3 years + hospital nursing experience to join our team based in Sydney. You will be responsible for:

•  Managing patients with acute and chronic diverse medical conditions and apply acquired clinical nursing skills into a different / remote telehealth environment.

•  Analysing, assessing and reviewing relevant medical records along with your triage skills to identify and act on medically urgent cases.

• Providing remote nursing care with medical advice, recommendations and support to a national and international patient group in various settings including cities, crew ships, mine sites, and in high medical risk locations.

• Interpreting and confidently updating our clients with our recommendations in both verbal and written format.

•  Coordinating patient care with our other 27 Assistance Centre’s throughout the world

• Once international borders open, there will be the option to participate in patient movements by acting as a medical escort for our clients traveling across the globe.

• 12-hour shifts - (between the hours of 7am -10pm)

• Office based environment, next to Wynyard Train Station

•  Rotating roster, 7 days a week

•  Permanent Full Time and Part-Time positions

Induction aimed for 23 January 2023


• You will be a motivated, passionate, reliable individual who thrives as part of a supportive team environment

• Unrestricted registration with AHPRA

• RN with 3 years + nursing experience (Some of our current team members backgrounds include: Paediatrics, Midwifery, ED, Critical care, RN Paramedic, GP Nurse, Travel health, Occupational Health, Rural or remote nursing, Cruise ships, Military)

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Sound knowledge with IT Skills

• Full working rights to work in Australia


• 8 weeks of extensive structured training

• Ongoing CPD to support continued learning

•  Support in revalidating NMC (UK) licenses
