About the role

Manage and grow a portfolio of medium to large clients by building strong relationships, driving engagement and utilisation, and identifying opportunities for retention, renewal, and account expansion. Partner closely with internal teams to ensure service quality, deliver strategic account plans, and achieve sales and profitability targets across the client lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, driving retention and profitable growth
  • Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and business reviews
  • Identify and deliver renewal, extension and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor account performance, utilisation and commercial outcomes

About you

  • 2+ years’ experience in account management in a B2B setting.
  • Experience in the service industry particulary within professional, managed or business services is desirable.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and value based selling capability
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, organised and customer focused
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred
  • Hold full working rights in Australia
  • Be based in either Sydney or Melbourne
