About the role
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, driving retention and profitable growth
- Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and business reviews
- Identify and deliver renewal, extension and cross‑sell opportunities
- Develop and execute account plans aligned to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor account performance, utilisation and commercial outcomes
About you
- 2+ years’ experience in account management in a B2B setting.
- Experience in the service industry particulary within professional, managed or business services is desirable.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets
- Strong commercial acumen and value based selling capability
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised and customer focused
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred
- Hold full working rights in Australia
- Be based in either Sydney or Melbourne
