About the role

Drive engagement and growth across a portfolio of accounts, working cross border with colleagues and subject matter experts to define and execute on strategic account plans.

Key responsibilities

You will engage with key stakeholders across the client’s global network to build executive-level relationships and expand International SOS product adoption. Key duties:

  • Create engagement strategies across multiple functions within clients to deliver value and drive utilisation of services
  • Identify and lead cross-border opportunities, coordinating internal teams to deliver strategic account plans.
  • Develop and execute global retention and growth strategies

About you

  • 5+ years in B2B account management
  • Proven experience building C-suite and cross-functional client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired
  • Travel for client visits, team meetings, and occasional interstate training
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter with a growth and international mindset.
  • Hold full working rights in Australia 
  • Based in Melbourne
