About the role
The Business Development Manager will develop and own a New Business Plan, continually evaluating progress against targets. Key duties:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to drive regional growth.
- Clearly communicate the value of International SOS products and services.
- Scope, manage, and commercialize client proposals and requests for proposals.
- Assist cross-border sales through proactive international cooperation.
- Team up with experts to enhance client traction and sales performance.
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and initiatives.
About you
- + 5 years’ work experience in a B2B sales environment or start-up which achieved scale
- Experience of scoping, managing and executing requests for proposals
- Experience in managing commercial negotiations and leading request for bid processes.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and oral
- Competent using Salesforce or similar CRM system and AI literacy
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a relevant field
