Job Description

 

We are currently looking for a Healthcare Provider Support Executive (known internally as a Provider Support Services Executive) to join our team in Germany. This role can be based in Stuttgart, Grafenwoehr, Nuernberg or Ansbach and will be working remotely. 

 

This team manages the provider relationships within the TRICARE Europe region and provides support to them in terms of education of the program and any claims or billing issues. Our Provider Support Services Executive will be serving as the main point of contact and educator for the Providers as well as provide an efficient and effective claims process and customer service delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for responding to telephonic or written enquiries or complaints from Providers regarding their role as a provider of medical and ancillary services for the TRICARE TOP Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs).
  • Serve as a support to the In-Country team in their dealings with the Providers. 
  • In response to queries from Providers, provide information regarding status of payment for claims submitted.  Deal with all aspects of invoice/claim, reimbursement and reconciliation of claims queries from clients, within a timely and professional manner. This will include receiving some invoices and claim forms from Providers, checking the required paperwork is in order and scanning these accurately to Wisconsin Physician’s Services (WPS) for processing. 
  • Communicate effectively and as required with Providers, educating them on the claims submission process, the online claims portal and assisting providers in ensuring that claims will be properly submitted and accepted for processing and timely payment.
  • Act professionally in all interactions with the service providers, including both written and telephonic interaction.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with other internal and external customers and suppliers and ensure continuity of service delivery by providing general customer services to the Organization’s clients.
  • Maintain accurate records including statistical information and client reports using the computer system made available by the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient and/or client information.
  • Involve the Medical Department for any medical irregularity on invoices and bring to the HCM and TRICARE Claims Manager attention, any cases where fraud is suspected.
  • Attend provider events, and meetings, as required, and maintain meeting minutes when necessary.
  • Attend and participate in International SOS staff meetings, internal and external educational offerings, as required.
  • Ensure that the Manager is fully briefed on issues that may impact the delivery of the service providing information as required

Qualifications

  • Experience within a Customer Service Environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of working within a customer services and/or transactional environment in a customer-centric capacity
  • High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent written and oral English and German Language skills to business standard
