Are you an experienced clinical nurse looking for a new way to apply your knowledge and skills? If you have had enough of long, exhausting hospital shifts and are ready to work normal hours in a comfortable office in the heart of Prague whilst still getting to apply your nursing judgement come join us.
You will be responsible for the research, case management and submission of requests. Working closely with the medical and operational counterparts in other countries, you will be sourcing information - working to tight deadlines. Your development of relationships both internally and externally will serve to improve response rates and case management efficiencies. In this role you will also have an opportunity to help develop and maintain a database of case research.
💡 What you'll do?
Case Management

Coordinate and manage ongoing medical case requests.

Ensure each case follows client guidelines and industry best practices.

Collect and organize essential medical information under tight deadlines.

Prepare detailed case submissions for medical review and approval.
Client Support & Communication

Be the trusted point of contact for our clients—answering questions, attending regular meetings, and providing updates.

Collaborate with internal teams to make sure we're always meeting (and exceeding!) client expectations.

Represent our services with professionalism, compassion, and clarity.
Data & Insight Gathering

Help maintain an up-to-date information database to support quick, accurate decision-making.

Analyze trends and case data to improve how we operate and serve patients.

Contribute insights that help shape better healthcare processes.
Team & Network Collaboration

Work with an international network of medical and operational professionals.

Communicate effectively with various teams to gather time-sensitive information.

✅ What do we need from you?
· Registered General Nurse
· Previous medical assistance experiences desirable, not essential
· Previous public health and/or travel health experience desirable, not essential
· Previous public health and/or travel health experience desirable, not essential
· Previous experience in a healthcare and/ or professional services environment
· Experience in an international / cross-border environment
· Excellent verbal and written English language skills are essential.
· Fluent verbal and written French or Spanish essential
· Additional languages desirable.
· Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
· Excellent attention to detail
· Analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
· Can work autonomously and within a team to deliver results.
· Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment
