As a Partnerships Director (m/w/d) you will be responsible for implementing and executing the relationship strategies with key brokers, insurers, and travel management companies within Germany and Austria to drive sales as well as retention cycles.

Key responsibilities

  • Elaborate and execute the partnerships agenda with brokers, insurance, and travel management companies
  • Implement channel management strategies with brokers, insurance and travel management companies to optimise the channel mix and distribution to our prospect base and clients
  • Develop partner channels for accelerating the non-shared to shared client agenda, new business acquisition, upselling, and client retention
  • Manage the relationship with travel management companies and driving a referral generation agenda with them
  • Develop and implement local direct billing agreements with key insurers

About you

  • Proven experience in an insurance sales or brokerage senior role
  • Experience in B2B consultative/solution selling in service industries to large multional corporations across various industry verticals
  • Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment
  • Strategic thinker, excellent negotiator, strong communicator, natural networker and team player
  • Fluent verbal and written German and English
  • University degree or comparable qualification
