About the role
We are looking for a Healthcare Provider Network Manager to support the relationships of our healthcare providers within our network in Iwakuni. This role is part of our Medical Record Collection team and is in the front line, where you will be engaging with our healthcare providers to understand how they operate, improve our services and rectify concerns.
This role requires a customer centric focus, a good process and operational understanding and ability to learn and teach stakeholders on our systems and processes. You will also have the ability to work with senior provider and client stakeholders and influence provider and stakeholder decisions.
You will be based from home and travelling 60% of your time to providers around Iwakuni.
Key responsibilities
- Manage new provider partnerships and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the provider preferences and their participation under the program
- Deliver periodic status reports to internal and external clients
- Educate on our policies and any self-service mechanisms available for stakeholders in the provision of medical records and claims.
- Provide ongoing provider support through issue resolution and customer service in the provision of medical records, including strategies for the optimization of medical record submission including Electronic Health Record (EHR) transfer.
- Manage day-to-day relationships and region-specific needs of assigned are of responsibility
- Identify key problem areas of client and / or provider concerns and coordinate or activate resolution, eg. Claims, Credentialing, Site Assessments, etc
- Provide feedback and input to provider support materials
About you
- Proven service delivery experience in a professional services B2B environment or senior account management experience or program management experience
- Previous exposure to healthcare and healthcare provider management a plus
- Bachelor’s degree, equivalent or qualification by experience
- Post graduate degree an advantage
- Highly proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Highly proficient in Japanese (written and verbal)
- Self-starter, self-driven to deliver results
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients / providers / suppliers and cross departmental team members
- Ability to document requirements in a clear and concise manner
