Overall Purpose Of The Job
Manage (retain and grow) a portfolio of strategic accounts through all stages of the client journey including onboarding, engagement & utilisation, account extension & driving renewal profitability, to achieve or exceed all sales targets.
Work within the client’s stakeholder ecosystem to establish cross functional relationships strengthening retention and growth.
Plan and identify targeted extension/migration/XB and potential global account opportunities within the portfolio of accounts through development & execution of account plans.

Required Work Experience
•Typically, a minimum of four years in an Account Manager or commercial Relationship Manager role, in a B2B environment, leveraging value-based sales techniques to successfully meet and /or exceeding retention and growth targets.
•Experience with complex negotiation, understanding an accounts pricing history, profitability, and negotiation levers.
•Demonstrate the ability to identify key cross functional stakeholders within a client’s organisation, understanding the key features of our solution that is pertinent to each, strengthening the relationship, stability, and opportunities within the account.
•Experience leveraging internal subject matter experts to drive peer to peer relationships, driving sales opportunities and depth to ongoing relationships
•Experience leveraging a verity of communication methods to support client stakeholders understanding of the benefits of the International SOS solutions aligned to their needs.
•Experience working in a multicultural/international environment, being both an individual contributor and a team player.
•Experience selling consulting services would be advantageous
Other Requirements
Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
•Master's degree in a relevant field is desirable.
•Management qualification/training desired (external or internal)

•Proficient verbal and written English and native level Japanese.
Travel / Rotation Requirements (Brief description of any travel or rotation requirements)
•Responsible for customers in the Kansai area and will be expected to travel 1-2 times per month.
