Project Management Executive / Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Execute special project management and support to drive organizational changes and business opportunities
• Working closely with stakeholders to manage the development and enhancement of new solutions and applications to support the needs of our members and customers in both medical and security assistance across Asia.
• Be part of our efforts and initiatives in improving the quality of delivery of services to our members
• Take part in some special project management, including status reporting and communication
• Create reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize data insights in a clear and impactful way to support decision-making
• Work closely with various delivery teams, in particular Medical and QA teams.
• Monthly sourcing of Medical information from Assistance Centre / Medical Services team
• Lead and participate in projects focused on analytics, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Min 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in data analytics tools and software (e.g. R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and persuasive manner to non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects and work within cross-functional teams.
