Key responsibilities

A typical day may include:

  • Assist with new employee onboarding
  • Assist with terminations, including exit interviews
  • Contribute to recruitment efforts
  • Utilize our HRIS/HRMS software to track recruitment and benefit administration
  • Provide guidance to current, former, and future employees
  • Ensure compliance with employment law
  • Collecting employment and tax information
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.

Job Profile

  • We are searching for a candidate with 3 years’ of Human Resources experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in on a US Government Contract internationally.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS processes.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to exercise judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information 
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and personal credibility
  • Excellent communication, consulting and influencing skills
  • Self-starter; takes initiative and proactively communicates
