The Role
The Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless site operations and logistics. Key duties include:
- Coordinating medical transfers and specialist referrals
- Managing urgent admissions, medical updates, and appointments
- Booking travel and appointments
- Overseeing staff rosters and credentialing
- Preparing and uploading documentation and reports
- Organising and minuting meetings

Requirements
- Previous experience in an operations coordination role, administration, and/or call centre environment
- Strong and accurate verbal and written English language skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and computerized medical records
- Working rights in Australia
