Amazing opportunities for experienced Registered Nurses to work on a 6 week rotation off-shore.

The Role:

IHMS is currently seeking qualified and experienced Primary Care Nurse to assist us in Offshore Facility 8-10 week Max term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Primary Health Care service to our client. You will be providing primary healthcare services to the standards set out by IHMS policies and procedures and initial emergency response where required.

To be considered you must have the following:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Div. 1 Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an RN
• Excellent clinical assessment skills in a primary health care environment
• Basic Life Support or First Aid Certificate obtained within the last 12 months
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment with patients from culturally and linguistically diverse groups
• Previous experience with electronic medical records and use of MS Office programs
• Experience in a corrections, detention or remote nursing setting (desirable but not essential)
• Vaccination Nurse required
