Position Summary
Aspire Lifestyles is a global leading provider of Concierge and Loyalty solution services to client segments in banking, payments, insurance, luxury retail, automobile and luxury property.
We offer products and services to build our client’s loyalty programs to deliver client ROI. Key to achieving this objective is the right network of partners and experiences to support the evolving demands of our diverse portfolio of client programs across regions to enhance and differentiate our service offering.
This role is responsible for the development and management of the partner network and partnership revenue. In addition, he/she will own and manage account management of clients in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve business goals and revenue targets, supporting Japan.
- Develop and manage a regional partner network with luxury, travel, dining, retail, and media partners.
- Create custom benefit offerings for client programs using relevant partner assets.
- Consult with clients to propose marketing campaigns and promotions via digital channels.
- Negotiate and establish partner deliverables, promotions, discounts, and preferential treatment.
- Plan, evaluate, and optimize regional partner workflow for efficiency.
- Develop custom benefits and experiences to meet concierge services, client, and customer needs.
- Ensure partner usage and data collection procedures are updated and followed.
- Create and develop lifestyle content guides.
- Prepare and present reports and analyses of partner and marketing operations.
- Handle escalated vendor and customer issues, incident reports.
- Plan and coordinate content and assets for social media and marketing.
- Support other campaigns, events, and projects as necessary.
- Own key client accounts and achieve/exceed Gross Profit targets.
- Investigate new business opportunities within existing accounts and secure new business in line with budget strategies and forecasting.
Job Requirement
- Education: Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Management or equivalent
- Working experiences:
- Min. 5-7 years of relevant merchant acquisition, marketing, loyalty, account management experience from Cards, Loyalty & Rewards Program, Ad Agency, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality
- Merchant acquisition, partnership experience and good network of partner relationships across dining, retail, travel and other affluent lifestyle categories.
- Experiential and event management experience serving the affluent segment.
Competency
- Strong partner acquisition and relationship building skills: Ability to build rapport with partners and clients, understand marketing objectives, and tailor lifestyle benefits appropriately.
- Excellent communication and commercial skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication, copywriting, social media, CRM systems, and project management tools. Ability to craft compelling value propositions and understand affluent trends and loyalty programs.
- Independent and efficient work ethic: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, solve problems, and attend calls/events on evenings and weekends as necessary.
- English (high proficiency in spoken & written), additional native language proficiency is a plus
